If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy! You can return the unworn item(s) to us within 28 days for a refund. Please note, this is our returns policy for online orders only, our store returns policy may differ.

How to return or exchange your order - UK returns only

1. Click the above button, or visit returns.linzi.com to start your return. Alternatively scan the below QR code.

2. You will need to enter your Linzi order number, this can be found on your delivery note or order confirmation.

3. Select to either return or exchange your item(s). Please note, you will only be able to exchange an item for an alternative size.

4. Once you have selected your preferred courier you will have the option to choose either to print your label or to generate a QR code. Please ensure that your delivery note is included within the parcel.

5. All returns postage fees are at the responsibility of the customer, £2.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. A valid return postage receipt will need to be obtained as this is proof of your return and contains details should their be a query with your return. Failure to provide the postage receipt with prevent an investigation being raised.

Our return policy is 28 days from the date you receive your order. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return.

FINAL OUTLET: Final outlet items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. See details in 'final outlet' policy.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original boxes with the delivery note enclosed. Please ensure you obtain a valid postage receipt from your choice of courier, without this should you have any discrepancies with your return we would be unable to advise further.

We are unable to accept returns on items which have caused discomfort, cuts or a blister.

Swimwear must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. It can only be returned if the hygiene seal and Linzi tag has not been removed. We have the right to refuse a refund if we believe that this seal has been tampered with.

Bags must be returned unused and in their orignal packaging. If the Linzi tag has been removed or tampered with you will not receive a refund. We have the right to refuse a refund if we believe that this seal has been tampered with.

Final Outlet

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL OUTLET in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Final Outlet can be a great way to snag a deal, but it's important to understand the rules and restrictions that come with them.

What is our Final Outlet?

It's a sale where all purchases are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. These items have a significantly reduced price.

When shopping our Final Outlet, it's important to keep a few things in mind:

  • No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases made from our Final Outlet are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. So, make sure the item(s) is something you or someone in your friend and family circle will want and that it will fit them. If an item is received faulty we will make exceptions for these situations. 
  • Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart, remember we are a UK site so you will be shopping in UK sizes.
  • Duties & Taxes: Depending on where you live, these may still be added to the final sale price.

Non UK Returns

Non UK returns can not be actioned through our returns portal. Please contact us to arrange a return for you. Return fee's will be deducted from your refund once received.

Exchanges

We are pleased to say that we are now offering exchanges for UK customers only.

You will not be able to exchange your item(s) for a alternative style, however you will be able to exchange for a different size should you need to.

This can be done through the Linzi returns portal returns.linzi.com.

Should you wish to exchange your order you will be charged a returns fee of £2.99, Linzi will cover the new outgoing postage fees.

Store Returns

Orders originally placed online can be returned to our stores within 28 days. You can exchange items for something of the same value or more (and pay the difference). Alternatively the order can be sent back to the Head Office for a refund to be processed. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty Return

If you experience a fault with your item or have received an incorrect item, please contact us using our contact us form with the below information:

1. Your name and order number

2. A short description of the fault

3. Images of the fault and soles of the shoes from underneath
