You may be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges are to be paid by the person receiving the parcel. If you have any problems with your order not arriving or arriving late, please contact cs@linzi.com as soon as possible. Any missing order queries raised with us 28 days after the order has been sent may result in no further action being taken. This is reflective of the policies of Hermes and Royal Mail and their claims processes.

If your order arrives and you think the parcel has been tampered with, is damaged or there are items missing, please contact cs@linzi.com straight away and make sure you keep your packaging and paperwork until the issue is resolved.
