If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy! You can return the unworn item(s) to us within 28 days for a refund. Please note, this is our returns policy for online orders only, our store returns policy may differ.

Return in Seconds with 24/7 InPost Lockers

You must include an accurate consignment reference when processing your return, this number will begin with E and end with A E********A . Without this we will be unable to process your refund.

There’s no printing or label required and you can avoid the usual queues. Just scan. Drop. Done.

InPost Lockers are in handy locations like supermarkets (inc. Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl) and train stations. Find your local locker here.

How it works:

1. Visit our returns portal to generate a QR code and package up your items - there’s no need to attach anything to the outside of your parcel.
2. Scan the code from your phone and select your parcel size.
3. Put your parcel inside and shut the door.

When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier.

PLEASE NOTE: all items from the same order should be returned in one parcel.

£2.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service.

Orders must be returned with the delivery note enclosed, failure to include this in your return will delay a refund being actioned. 

Create Royal Mail Return

If you need to return your item to us, please use our Tracked Returns service with Royal Mail. This is a fully tracked service and is cheaper than sending the parcel back yourself.

1. Repack your item in the original box and packaging.

2. Place the returns label from your delivery note on your parcel, covering your address.

3. Click here to generate and print your prepaid returns label and place this on the front of the parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, you can still generate the label and show the QR Code provided to the attendant at the post office. They can then print your label for you.

4. Take your parcel to any UK post office. Please keep your receipt for proof of postage.

£2.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this service.

If you choose not to use this service, returns will be at your own cost. Please ensure that the service you use has verifiable proof of delivery.

Our return policy is 28 days from the date you receive your order. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your return.

Items must be returned unworn and in their original boxes with the delivery note enclosed. Please ensure you obtain a valid postage receipt from your choice of courier, without this should you have any discrepancies with your return we would be unable to advise further.

We are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

We are unable to accept returns on items which have caused discomfort, cuts or a blister.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed. We have the right to refuse a refund if we believe that this seal has been tampered with. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging with the delivery note enclosed.  Please ensure you obtain a valid postage receipt from your choice of courier, without this should you have any discrepancies with your return we would be unable to advise further.

Store Returns

Orders originally placed online can be returned to our stores within 28 days. You can exchange items for something of the same value or more, or the order can be sent back to the Head Office for a refund to be processed. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.

Faulty Return

If you experience a fault with your item or have received an incorrect item, please contact us using our contact us form with the below information:

1. Your name and order number

2. A short description of the fault

3. Images of the fault and soles of the shoes from underneath
