What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards however we do not accept American Express.

We also accept the following payment services, PayPal, Laybuy, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Google Pay. We also accept Linzi vouchers, these are valid from a year of purchase.

For international customers you will be shown a variety of payment options upon checkout, managed by our partner Global-E.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payments in all currencies depending your shipping location.

Is my payment information safe?

We do not store card details. All payments are handled by two of the world leading payment companies, SagePay and PayPal. Your details are handled by them and are never seen by anyone unauthorised.

For international customers your payment is handled by our partner Global-E.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot amend or cancel this. You will need to wait until you receive your order and process a return. Please see our returns page for more information on how to process a return.

What if an item is out of stock?

We update our website daily when returns are processed. However, we recommend signing up to our Linzi newsletter to be the first to know when we restock. If you sign up to our newsletter you will also be the first to know about our exciting new releases and receive exclusive discounts!

How do I track my order?

Linzi works with Evri, Royal Mail & DHL to deliver your parcels.

Customers are sent a confirmation email containing a tracking number and courier who is delivering your parcel.

For international customers your order will be handled by our partner Global-E and you will receive tracking information to your email/telephone number once your order is dispatched.

When will I receive my order?
  • Standard orders take 3-5 working days.
  • Express orders can take 1-2 working days.

If you place your order after 3pm or on the weekend, it will be sent the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

For international customers delivery time frames vary, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.

What are your UK delivery costs?

Standard delivery is £2.99. Express delivery is £4.99.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75.00 (excluding sale items).

Delivery costs may increase depending on the size of the parcel. 

Do you ship Worldwide?

We ship to over 100 locations worldwide. For a list of available locations, please click the countries in the upper-right corner of the homepage.

When you place an international order, your transaction will be through our partner Global-E, delivery time frames, customs and duties will be calculated at the checkout.

How do I return my order?

How long do I have to return my order?

You can return your item within 28 days of your purchase. The items will need to be in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we now offer size exchanges only via the Linzi returns portal.

My item is faulty?

If something isn't quite right with your order. Please get in touch with us before returning your item, you can get in touch via the contact us form here.

Want to return something I bought in store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for store bought items.

If you purchase shoes directly in one of our stores, a credit note or exchange may be issued to you in store when proof of purchase is provided.

Non UK Returns?

For international customers please contact us to arrange a return for you. Return fee's will be deducted from your refund once received.

Can I return more than one item in a parcel?

Yes, please ensure you clearly state the items being returned on a note inside the parcel.


When will I receive my refund?

We aim to have your refund back to you within 14 days of receiving the item back to us, however this can take between 14-28 days depending on your bank.

Please note, if you have used a payment service to spread your payment over a longer period, your refund amount may vary.
