Cosmic Perspex Diamante Court Heels

Beautiful pair of shoes. I bought these along with another pair from Linzi, for my daughters upcoming PROM in the summer. Wasn't sure which ones to get so we bought 2 different pairs in the sale. What's not to love about 2 pairs of strappy heels for under £20 :-) I could have easily returned the ones that were not as suitable, but why would I bother?! So, my daughter ended up with a second pair of heels that didn't suit her prom dress, but they were so stunning and good value, we just had to keep them for another occasion. I rarely write positive reviews, because a good service and product quality is to be expected as standard, but LINZI shoes are just insane. Where have they been all my life :-) From the true sizing, to the comfort, to the quality ... and even the packaging :-) The packaging is beautiful. You can just see that the product fulfiillment process is handled with care. And, not gonna lie - Whilst a lot of the packaging goes in the bin, it is lovely to open up a product and feel like its an actual present.

I first found Linzi when searching on google. I bought something like 8 pairs if boots and trainers to begin with, all under £130 (as got in the sale).

My daughter and I were so blown away by the quality that LINZI is now our go to shoe shop :-)

On my first order, I had to return a pair on knee high boots (they were too wide around the calf). The returns process was a total breeze. I didn't even need to waste my time tryng to get through to Customer Services.

I literally went onto returns, clicked the item I wanted to return, got a label and it was collected within 2 days. I received my refund promptly.

There is no negative. The only thing (for me) is that some of their knee high boots come up wide in the calf, but then that is just me, as I am underweight.

Beautiful shoes, perfect fit and very comfortable.
This is my first time ordering from Linzi but it definitely won't be my last!
