Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 5th November 2026

These terms apply to every order you place on www.linzi.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

www.linzi.com is operated by Linzi Shoes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05628041. Our registered office is nit 2, Trade City, Ashton Road, Harold Hill, Romford, Essex, RM3 8UJ. Our trading address is Unit 2, Trade City, Ashton Road, Harold Hill, Romford, Essex, RM3 8UJ. Our VAT number is GB 881 2234 33.

You can contact us by email at cs@linzi.com or by post at the trading address above.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Linzi Shoes Ltd, and "you" means the person placing the order.

2. Who can buy from us

To order from us you must be at least 18 and buying as a consumer, not for resale. We deliver to the UK and to the international destinations listed on our Delivery page https://www.linzi.com/pages/help-centre. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.

3. Our products

We take care to show our products accurately. Colours on screen can vary between devices, and sizes and fit can differ slightly between styles. Please check the size guide on each product page.

All products are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full for that item.

4. How the contract is formed

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. Our acceptance, and the contract between us, happens when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if there is an obvious pricing error. If we decline after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

If a product is shown at a price that is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you and you can choose to buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Klarna. We offer pay-later options in partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. If you choose Klarna, your payment agreement is with Klarna and is governed by Klarna's own terms, which you will see at checkout. Klarna will run its own checks to decide whether to offer you credit. Missed payments may affect your credit rating.

6. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may carry an expiry date or minimum spend. Promotions may have their own terms, which we will show alongside them.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the timescales shown at checkout. Standard delivery: 2–5 working days, £2.99. Express delivery: 1-2 working days, £4.99. Free standard delivery over £50.If we have not agreed a date, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Your order becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you nominated to receive it.

International orders. Delivery charges and times for international destinations are shown at checkout. Prices for international orders are shown excluding UK VAT / include duties and taxes where stated at checkout. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes and customs fees by the destination country, which the recipient must pay unless we state at checkout that they are included. We cannot control customs delays. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the price of the goods less the delivery and return shipping costs. The 14-day cancellation right in section 8 applies to international orders too; you pay the return postage and must complete any customs paperwork for the return.

If we are delayed by something outside our control, such as courier disruption or severe weather, we will tell you as soon as possible. If the delay is likely to be substantial, you can cancel and we will refund you for anything you have paid for but not received.

8. Your right to cancel (14-day returns)

You can change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last one.

To cancel, email cs@linzi.com with your order number, or use the returns form [link]. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Please return items unworn, in their original condition and packaging. You may handle and try on items as you would in a shop, for example on a carpeted surface. If an item has been used beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item (see section 9). You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund only the cost of standard delivery. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you giving us proof that you sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

This right does not apply to earrings or swimwear once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons.

9. Faulty or incorrect goods

The law requires that goods are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something you bought from us is faulty or not as described, you have the following rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject the goods and get a full refund.
  • Within 6 months, you can ask for a repair or replacement. If that is not possible or does not fix the problem, you can have a refund or a price reduction.
  • Up to 6 years, you may still have rights, but you may need to show the fault was present when the goods were delivered.

To report a fault, email cs@linzi.com with your order number, a description and photos. We will pay reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, and damage from not following care instructions are not faults.

10. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used only on www.linzi.com, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. Our liability to you

If we fail to keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

We supply products for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for business losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunity.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you, and you can cancel for a refund of anything you have paid for but not received.

13. Your personal information

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy below.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email cs@linzi.com and we will aim to respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk for free advice.

15. Other important terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not affect your rights. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest will still apply.

If we delay in enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
