Simply log in to your Linzi account and head to the Rewards section. Here, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of your points, including how many you’ve earned, any pending points and your available balance to spend on rewards and discounts.

Once you redeem your reward, your discount code will be sent directly to your registered email address, ready to use on your next purchase!

Please note that your redeemed code will expire 30 days after redemption. 

Approved: Points that can be redeemed immediately.

Pending: Points from your purchases may take up to 28 days to be added to your account. Please allow this time for your points to be processed and confirmed.

Cancelled: Points that won’t be added due to cancellations or returns.

Your points are valid for one year from the date they are issued. After this, any unused points will automatically expire.

No, you can only use one or the other at checkout. If you apply a discount code, it will override any attempt to redeem points.
