Ordering and delivery was easy and they arrived on time. Boots were lovely but very tight and small.
Sadly I had to return them. I am awaiting refund . Returns process is straightforward also.

I absolutely love my new boots wasn't sure if they would fit but I love everything about them I carnt walk in heals but these just have a small block heal and they just great, going to get another pair in another colour and they really do stretch I bought a 6 I have slightly chunky legs and wide feet but these are so comfortable would definitely recommend these .

Brilliant love them! Very comfy and cosy and the backs and soles are very sturdy. Bought two pairs one as a present yet to give and a pair for myself in the sale non return. Second item I’ve bought as non return and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Lovely boots really comfortable but you definitely need to buy a size bigger. I am a size 5 so bought a size 6 after reading reviews and they are perfect. Beautifully packaged, never had shoes so well packaged!! Would definitely order from Linzi again.
