All orders are subject to stock availability and initial security checks.
At our discretion, we may ask that extra postage is paid if a large number of items are ordered or you live in a remote area. We may also remove shoes from their boxes and place them in sealed bags to reduce the size and weight of the parcel.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel are to be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the charge would be, as customs policies differ from country to country. We would strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before you order.
If you have any problems with your order not arriving or arriving late, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Any missing order queries raised with us 28 days after the order has been sent may result in no further action being taken. This is reflective of the policies of Hermes and Royal Mail and their claims processes.
If your order arrives and you think the parcel has been tampered with, is damaged or there are items missing, please contact us straight away and make sure you keep your packaging and paperwork until the issue is resolved.
